Limonè Club — Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept refunds. All sales are final. The only exception is if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or a print issue — if this happens, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the defect and we will make it right.
We offer exchanges for size only. If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange for a different size — no other exceptions. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that the customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back and receiving the new size. Limonè Club does not cover return shipping under any circumstances.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Defect claims must include clear photo evidence taken on delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or any reason other than those stated above.
